Rountable "Japan after 3/11"

Japan@Surfilm

This 9th edition of our festival was giving a special treatment to surf culture in this country. Surfers in these devastated coastline and local surfers of Fukushima are the perfect testimony of the actual reach of this tragedy.

During the Amstel Surfilmfestibal 9 we tried to showcase the throbbing and unknown surf culture of this fascinating country through different proposals –films and art at the San Telmo Museum, photography in Galería NOCOLOR, films at the Teatro Principal and music in Gasteszena–, we aim to give you a taste of the surfing world in this country.
