Real Mexican food to fuel up: tacos, guacamole with totopos and hot chili. Híjole!

Aleks is a professiional cook from Potosí, and Eréndira is an anthropologist from Mexico City, they met by chance in Donosti. They like to offer true mexican food, to show everyone the difference between tex-mex food and the real thing. Mexican cuisine is full of smells, mixtures and tortillas are the most basic element.

They'll be cooking Tinga, pastor and beef tacos, as well as guacamole with totopos and hot chili for those who dare!
