14 editions later, Surfilmfestibal continues at the forefront of surf culture, locally and globally. We live an excepcional moment for our World. Surf culture is a vibrant place, surfboard design, styles of surfing, and ways of living up the dream.

While I write this, I´m checking the Todos Santos Big Wave contest where our local kid Natxo Gonzalez shares the line up with the top guns from the World. A couple of days ago the limits of the reasonable where shattered again at JAWS. In another epic fall in Europe, we´ve seen amazing rides all around the continent.

News generations keep coming with pasion, grandmas surf with their grandsons, new directions in society seem to point out to a bigger environmental awareness as we are facing a huge challenge with the ever increasing levels of pollution and its impact on climate change , creators and dreamers build new concepts, new legit NGO´s try to help in tirad world locations where our travels take us, or try to help through surfing.

As a festival, we owe our public the real stories, the relevant content that needs to be sorted out from all the content chaos we are drowning in every day, every moment!

But thanks to the help of all you guys, artists, surfers, sponsors, public, we will try to create the magic for another epic 14th Edition!
